The pilot looks good, dark stuff though. I would definitely watch this again. The stream stuttered a lot for me (I’m a PC).
Where the Wild Things Are
I think my youngest, she’s turning 5, may be too young to watch this yet, but I will have to give this one a shot.
I think a female child lead as a twist would have blown my mind, but it still looks fantastic with Max Records as the disobedient boy “Max”. IMDb Trivia notes that “the open call for Max was huge. It took several months and thousands of boys auditioned from several countries worldwide”. Where the Wild Things Are isn’t coming to theaters until October 16th (maybe too late for Max costumes for ’09).
